CRSF researchers find ineffectiveness of local zoning on loss of wintering habitat for white-detailed deer
CRSF-affiliated scientists Erin Simons-Legaard, Dan Harrison, and Kasey Legaard have recently published an article on their study of deer wintering habitat in Forest Ecology and Management, based on a project jointly funded by Cooperative Forestry Research Unit (CFRU) and Northern States Research Cooperative (NSRC).
